Agreement. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Products. We work to show colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary and several pieces are hand-finished, so small variation between the photograph and the piece is expected and is not a defect. Dimensions listed are accurate to within half an inch.

Pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or for quantities suggesting resale. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Availability. If something sells out after you order it, we will contact you with the option to wait or take a refund.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
