Shipping & Returns

Shipping times

Our pieces are sourced directly from the makers and warehouses that produce them, which keeps prices down and means most orders ship from overseas. Please read the delivery windows below before ordering — we would rather set the expectation honestly than surprise you.

Order processing	1–3 business days
Standard delivery	8–15 business days after processing
Total, order to doorstep	Typically 2–4 weeks
Shipping cost	Free on orders over C$125. C$12 flat rate below that.
Where we ship	Canada

Some items ship from closer warehouses and arrive faster. Where that is the case, the product page says so.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse, usually within 3 business days of ordering. International tracking can take several days to begin updating — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive separately, in separate parcels, on different days. You are not charged extra for this. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Return shipping is on us if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered. Otherwise return shipping is your responsibility.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. Do not send it back first — just tell us, and keep the packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a parcel is in transit it falls under the returns policy above.

Customs and duties

All duties and taxes on Canadian orders are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
