What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and payment details. Payment details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

What we do with it. Fulfil your order, send order and shipping updates, respond when you contact us, and — only if you opt in — send occasional email about new pieces. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with. Our e-commerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, and email provider — each only receiving what they need to do their part. We also use analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may set cookies to measure how the site is used and whether ads led to a purchase.

Cookies. The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure advertising performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working properly if you do.

Your rights. Email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing email. Canadian customers have these rights under PIPEDA; if you are in a province with its own privacy legislation, those rights apply too.

Retention. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
